How is the success fee invoiced?
15% of the amount actually invoiced to a counterparty or deducted against a supplier, invoiced when you invoice. Nothing recovered — no fee.
Can I cancel monitoring?
Yes, monthly. Your data and reports are yours and can be exported before deletion.
What counts as recovered?
Retroactive amounts invoiced to customers, and credits or reductions you obtain from suppliers based on our findings.
Is VAT added?
Yes, all prices are exclusive of VAT.
