How Indexerly works

From PDF to a finished adjustment letter — with full traceability at every step. The AI reads your contracts. The math is always done by a deterministic calculation engine against official index values — never by AI.

01

1. Upload

Upload contracts as PDFs. Every file explains what is happening, the usual wait and the next step. You may leave after the upload itself has completed and return later; automatic completion email is not enabled during private beta.

02

2. Review in 30 seconds

Indexerly shows exactly where the clause sits in the contract and the values it extracted: index, base month, amount, cap, notice requirements. Confident fields are green. Uncertain fields are yellow and confirmed with one click against the highlighted contract text.

03

3. See the amount

One total, split into "to invoice" and "overcharged". Every finding expands into the full evidence: clause quote, sourced index values, and the calculation line by line.

04

4. Follow up the finding

Review the evidence, mark the finding as reviewed and record what was recovered. Letter and export self-service is still in development; during private beta we can assist with the supporting material manually.

Frequently asked questions

Which indexes are supported?

Swedish CPI (KPI) and labour cost index (AKI) are fetched automatically from Statistics Sweden. Construction index (entreprenadindex) is supported via manual entry of index values (the series is licensed), with identical calculation and letters.

Do scanned contracts work?

Yes. Scanned PDFs go through OCR before analysis. Scan quality affects accuracy — which is exactly why the review step exists.

Can the AI get the math wrong?

The AI doesn't do math. It reads the clause and proposes the fields, which you confirm. All calculations are done by a tested calculation engine against official index values, and every calculation is shown in full.

How is retroactivity handled?

Indexerly applies the contract's notice rules and flags which part of the amount is assessed as claimable retroactively versus going forward. The assessment is shown per finding.

What happens to my files?

They are stored encrypted within the EU, accessible only to your organization, and permanently deleted on request. We never train AI models on your content.

Do I need to replace my contract system?

No. Indexerly is not a contract management system — you upload PDFs and get money and letters out. No migration, no implementation project.
